    Dr Carbon  is an energy management company that specialises in helping households reduce their energy consumption and costs through the provision of Free Insulation,  Heating measures, and Renewable Energy Systems.

    The objective of ECO4 scheme is to dramatically improve each propertys energy efficiency rating. 


    The Goverment has now stated that an installer Must install every single measure possible to improve the EPC rating, (an ALL or Nothing situation).  In other words whatever is available on ECO4 must be installed at each property regardless and the only reason that the Government will accept that an energy saving measure has not been installed, is that it cannot be installed safely or within the given budget. If it can be installed then it must be installed and if the customer doesn't want it, then the customer gets nothing at all. 


    This has become a huge challenge for most Eco installers as most will not have the skills or equipment to installed every single measure available. This is where the benefit of using Dr Carbon comes in, as we can put a Comprehensive Energy Management Plan into action to suits our many  Eco Installer Contractors. 

    An energy audit is a comprehensive survey of a building's energy consumption and efficiency. It is important because it can identify areas where energy waste is occurring and provide recommendations for improvements that can save money in the long run, such as identifying that the walls, loft and underfloors have not been insulated or the boiler needs upgrading to a highly efficient A rated one. Surveys take about 30 minutes.
